Y.T. Johnson Science Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in the Y.T. Johnson Science Scholarship at Augustana University.

To apply, you must:

Be a current high school senior,
Have a minimum 3.7 GPA or a minimum 27 ACT/1260 SAT,
Plan to major in one of the following areas: Biology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Science & Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering Physics, Environmental Studies, Exercise Science, Fitness Management, Mathematics, Nursing, Physical Education, Physics, or STEM Composite.

To be considered for the scholarship:

Fill out the form below.
Provide a letter of recommendation from a high school science teacher.
Submit a 1‐2 page (double-spaced) essay outlining your career objectives in the Natural Sciences and past achievements in both academic and non‐academic areas.
Participate in a scholarship interview on Saturday, November 18 at Science Day. Register here for Science Day.
